The downstairs has a large game/TV room that also has 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed and a twin bed to sleep family and friends. Walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach There is an oversize boat dock great area to hang out. (2) kayaks are available. The jet ski lift and boat lift are not for use: Fee to heat pool/spa: daily $65 Message through Airbnb app There is a fee for heating the pool and spa. Please confirm with host pricing. There will be a fee of $200 if the home is left extremely dirty.
