Never inside the properties! There may be assigned smoking areas inside communities or on properties, but we do not allow smoking inside lanais, screened porches, or inside the property. Evidence of smoking will be reported and photographed and will lead to a charge of $500 on your credit card.
Some properties require you to fill out an application and require an application fee. This application can be done with us via E-Sign. Please note that any property requiring an application is not fully "booked" until the application has been completed and APPROVED.
We decide this on a case by case basis and reserve the right to an additional refundable deposit. Please contact us if you are planning on holding any gatherings on our properties.
Less fees! Our properties are listed on other platforms, but we know the fees can be costly. That is why we decided to utilize our own platform - to save you money.
Currently, we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank wires for all payments. In certain cases, checks will be accepted as well. If paying by debit or credit card, you will be asked for Photo Identification showing your name is the same as the card being processed. This protects us and you from fraudulent charges.
This is our damage deposit. Each reservation requires it in case of smoking or damages. The money is "held" in processing until we release the funds. No damages or smoking = full refund. In the case we find evidence of smoking or damages, we will remit the appropriate cost to replace or clean the item(s).
